The latest technological innovations applied to a machine that incorporates the new Z4000 iX group head with a stainless steel chamber, available in two versions (up to 14g or 21g to satisfy the requirements of every establishment), providing extraordinary thermal stability and high quality from the first coffee of the day.
A machine designed to meet customer demands by having a milk emulsifier allowing a unique consistency and texture to be obtained, with different types of emulsion for each drink thanks to the electronic adjustment of the air injection in this process.
All this without forgetting the strictest hygiene measures with an automatic cleaning system that can be used without the need to disassemble or remove any internal component.
Additionally, Pure Zone® protection can be applied to the touch screen, which, thanks to the action of silver ions, blocks the proliferation of micro-organisms 24/7, maintaining its unalterable properties in the presence of water and common cleaning products.
