Its main technical features also include the ergonomic water and steam knobs, the copper boiler with a thermosiphon circuit and independent heat exchanger for each group, the standard rail for cup protection in the upper tray in the 1-group model, optional in other models, the electronic water level control in the boiler, 4 programmable coffee selections and continuous coffee per group, chrome-plated pushbuttons with integrated LEDs, a solid 2.5 kg group with an infusion/extraction system, frame with corrosion-resistant treatment, and excellent thermal stability.
The machine is remarkably simple to use and features easy upkeep, also allowing the possibility to add a filter holder kit for any type of capsules.
Depending on each establishment’s needs, you can choose between the 2-group Futurmat Ottima Evo Semi-automatic or the 1-group, 2-group, or 2-group Tall Cups Electronic models, with the Tall Cups version including LED lighting.
