Quality Espresso, a leader in the market for espresso coffee machines for professional settings, has launched the new La Solare machine, expanding its range of Gaggia brand super-automatic coffee machines, combining tradition and innovation to meet the specific needs of the various hospitality establishments: from Coffee to go or Take away, as well as self-service breakfast service in hotels or in Coffee Corners, to waiter service.

La Solare is a model with compact dimensions (368 x 583 x 788 mm), with an elegant design with LED lighting and an intuitive 7” touch screen with advanced features: programmable and customisable selection of drinks. Additionally, Pure Zone® protection can be applied to the touch screen, which, thanks to the action of silver ions, blocks the proliferation of micro-organisms 24/7, maintaining its unalterable properties in the presence of water and common cleaning products.

The latest technological innovations applied to a machine that incorporates the new Z4000 iX group head with a stainless steel chamber, available in two versions (up to 14g or 21g to satisfy the requirements of every establishment), providing extraordinary thermal stability and high quality from the first coffee of the day.

A machine designed to meet customer demands by having a milk emulsifier allowing a unique consistency and texture to be obtained, with different types of emulsion for each drink thanks to the electronic adjustment of the air injection in this process. All this without forgetting the strictest hygiene measures with an automatic cleaning system that can be used without the need to disassemble or remove any internal component.

A new super-automatic machine with the latest technology, La Solare is fully equipped with IoT connectivity thanks to a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module integrated into the machine, with the option for 4G connection and that allows remote control of the machine's operation, performance and cost efficiency. Also, available as an option is a mobile phone payment system using the Breasy® app.

The technology also makes it possible to enjoy the full flavour of the coffee made by de La Solare in complete safety: the user can download the “Coffee APPeal” app, a new free app, with no need for prior registration and very easy to use, allowing you to select and personalise drinks directly from your smartphone without touching the coffee machine. A safe and completely contactless user experience, you only need to scan the QR code of the machine and the “Coffee APPeal” app of your smartphone will automatically connect via Bluetooth, so you can then select the drink safely and hygienically, without need to touch the coffee machine.

The SMART Label Award is a source of pride as it reaffirms the extraordinary combination of design and technology in the new La Solare super-automatic machine.
